Emma is a core part of The Wild Ways leadership team and the driving force behind Raising a Wild Child. Her work bridges research, training, and wellbeing, bringing together knowledge, reflection, and embodied practice to support real-world change.

With a background that includes therapeutic Yoga and a deep understanding of self-regulation, Emma integrates these principles into her work on curriculum design, accreditations, and training. She helps shape learning experiences that are not only evidence-informed but also grounded in compassion and connection.

Alongside her work with families and professionals, Emma leads on quality assurance, supports Young Person Guide development through Evidence Me, and nurtures partnerships that reflect The Wild Ways ethos, that healing, growth, and learning all begin with safety, relationship, and care.

The Wild Ways is an umbrella ethos encompassing two separate organisations:
Raising a Wild Child & PDA Foundation CIC (No. 15892540) • The Wildheart Foundation CIC (No. 14740686)
Each operates independently with its own governance, financial accounts, and legal responsibilities.
