A: This course is for parents and carers whose child has recently been diagnosed with Autism, ADHD or PDA - or those families who are strongly suspecting it. It offers clear, practical guidance to help you find your footing, as well as connection with other parents in a similar situation.

It offers practical tools and deeper understanding of the challenges neurodivergent children and young people experience, including meltdowns, emotional regulation, school anxiety, boundaries and more, all within a neurodiversity-affirming, relationship-based approach.
A: These are short, focused sessions, either live or recorded, that provide in-depth guidance on a single issue, such as sensory processing, ARFID, sibling dynamics, or school non-attendance. They’re ideal when you want clear, accessible support on a specific challenge without committing to a full course.
A: Our one-to-one support packages offer personalised guidance with an expert Associate who will tailor the sessions to your family’s unique needs. Whether you’re navigating a specific challenge, looking for practical strategies, or simply need space to reflect and be supported, our experienced team is here to help.
