Parenting a PDAer isn’t what the world told you it should be!
Specialist support for families of PDAers.
Diagnosed, suspected or still on the journey?
It’s not “bad behaviour.”
It’s a sensitive nervous system reacting to pressure.
You’re not imagining it. You’re not alone.
And there’s support that makes sense.
We create something new.
With compassion. With flexibility.
With your child at the centre.

We get it - because we live it ....
We understand what it means to parent a PDAer in a world that just doesn’t seem to get it.
You’ve likely tried all the parenting advice.
You’ve been judged, excluded or blamed.
You’re navigating meltdowns, shutdowns, refusal and complete burnout.
And still — you’re here.
You don’t need to fix your child. You need support that meets them where they are.

Frequently asked questions
What Families Are Saying
“I finally felt seen — not judged.”
“It’s the first time someone actually understood my child and me.”
Thank you so much for your support, expertise and knowledge. Since we last spoke you opened up my world to PDA which I’d never come across before, with your information myself and the school have been able to help E manage with her everyday needs giving her a much more relaxed and happy experience at school. Obviously we still have our challenges but working through them and that’s all down to you so thank you. VC
Our Philosophy
At the heart of everything we do is a deep respect for your family’s unique journey. Our work is guided by evidence, lived experience and careful listening because we know that parenting a child with PDA is as complex as it is rewarding.
We believe safety and trust are the foundation for change. Understanding how a sensitive nervous system shapes behaviour, we focus on creating emotional safety through connection and co-regulation: meeting your child where they truly are.
There is no blame here, only understanding and acceptance. We honour your child’s neurodiversity and recognise your experience as parents.
Our adapted Therapeutic Non-Violent Resistance (TNVR) approach emphasises relationship over control, supporting families with compassion and practical tools.
We stand by these commitments:
-
Respecting difference, not erasing it: understanding and embracing your child’s neurotype and needs.
-
Reframing behaviour with compassion: seeing the fear and anxiety beneath challenging moments; knowing that behaviour is a form of communication
-
Co-regulation over compliance: finding safety in shared experience.
-
Finding your people: Connect with others who truly get it - a place where you don’t have to explain, justify or shrink your truth.
-
Real help, not empty advice: offering practical, grounded strategies for lasting harmony.
Together, we create a space where families feel truly heard, supported, and empowered to face the challenges of PDA with hope and confidence.
