Pamela holds a Masters level qualification in Education Policy, focussing research on inclusion and wellbeing (UCL IOE). Plus, twenty years’ experience working in the charity sector, responsible for creating and overseeing the management of an evolving range of holistic, therapeutic and evidence-informed services and resources.

Her business development consultancy takes a fluid methodological approach which is goals driven and values led, strategically supporting the advancement of The Wild Ways organisations. Helping raise awareness of neurodiversity and enhance our services so every individual feels more able to access support from an established, inclusive community when this is needed.
