Coffee Morning

A calm weekly space for parents and carers

Our Coffee Morning is a relaxed drop-in space for parents and carers of

neurodivergent children and young people.

It is a space for families who may be feeling overwhelmed, isolated, or unsure

where to turn next.

There is no pressure to share, no judgement, and no need to explain everything.

Just a warm drink, a gentle welcome, and people who understand.

Parents and carers supporting children who may be experiencing anxiety, school struggles, PDA, meltdowns, burnout, demand avoidance, or emotional overwhelm are very welcome.

You do not need a diagnosis to come along. Children are welcome too.
