Rosalind is the Lead for The Wildheart Foundation, part of The Wild Ways family of organisations. She oversees all aspects of TWF, from family support and mentoring to project development and partnerships, ensuring the Foundation’s work stays rooted in The Wild Ways ethos of “no shame, no blame.”

 

With a strong background in education, alternative provision, and family support, Rosalind brings warmth, clarity, and creativity to her leadership. She is deeply committed to ensuring that every young person is seen, understood, and supported in ways that honour their individuality and needs.

 

Through her oversight of the Wildheart team and Young Person Guides, Rosalind helps families access meaningful, flexible, and compassionate support. She also leads on strategic growth and partnership development, continually shaping new opportunities that extend the reach and impact of The Wildheart Foundation within The Wild Ways network.
